Beeswax workshop at Enoteca Marilu
render: a creative study of honey bees
This winter meet me at Enoteca Marilu in San Miniato to appreciate the alchemy of honey bees through candle making. Beeswax captures sunshine and has the power to render that which is dark, light. We will work with 100% pure beeswax sourced from apiaries in Abruzzo and Tuscany. You will leave with a set of hand dipped taper candles.
While we dip our candles we will guide you deeper into the world of honey bees through a wine and honey pairing led my sommelier Marco Lami and beekeeper Luca of Lighea, followed by a shared meal prepared by Emiko Davies.
All skill levels are welcome, all materials are provided.
